Come with me into a realm
Of purple mountains
Thrusting upward through
A circling wrap of clouds
That never reach their summits
Pushing even farther up
Into an everlasting blue.
Their tips, like painted arrowheads
First silvered blue like ice
Increasing in crescendo to
The deepest gold-flecked mauve
Combine the harmonies of color
In the stillness of crisp morning air
To ring a melody that reaches down
Into my soul.

Thank you, Aodhan. That is one of personal favorites. I’m happy you like it, too.
